Our Get Back To Basics retreat is designed for women who are ready to leave the to-do list at the gate, enjoy nourishing connection, and learn practical, simple ways to feel good in body and mind. Every season we gather to reset, reflect, and celebrate our wellbeing in the stunning hills of the Avon Valley, just out of Toodyay, WA.

  • 🌸 Slow Flow Yoga — Gentle, mindful movement with Jodie Tapper of Soul Flexible. Suitable for all levels (yes, beginners welcome!), this session will help you drop in and set the tone for your day of restoration.

  • 🎶 Sound Healing — A deep, powerful session led by Colleen Pearce, using ancient instruments to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and find peace.

  • 🥗 Wholefood Plant-Based Cooking Workshop — Hands-on, simple, delicious food that fuels you. Learn to create a healing juice and sweet/savoury snacks your family will love (without fuss or fancy ingredients).

  • 💫 Presentation: Reclaim Your Energy, Rewire Your Mind, and Live a Life That Feels GoodNat Wright, Certified Tolman Health Coach, shares her 14+ years of experience in natural health.

Nat will share with you her extensive knowledge in whole foods for healing and will show you how to create simple plant-based deliciousness. This is not about being vegan, it’s about how you can easily prepare food that tastes fantastic and gives you fuel to do all the things you want to.

Jodie Tapper will be joining us and facilitating our yoga slow flow session designed to help you drop in and align for the day ahead. Jodie is the owner of Soul Flexible and has been teaching for over a decade, assisting people just like you, to eliminate and reduce body pain, improve posture, and build incredible strength and flexibility through the practice of mindful movement. 

Having a regular movement practice supports you to increase your flexibility & strength, reduce your body and mind tension from your everyday stressors, and connect to yourself mindfully each day. Our body was designed to be active and move, and mindful movement has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

And ladies, don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before, this is for all ages and abilities, Jodie has you covered.

Colleen Pearce, founder of Colleen Pearce Healing will once again be joining us and will take you through a transformational sound healing session. Sound Healing dates back thousands of years. Our ancestors embraced sound as the very essence of life itself. The ancients understood what modern science is now only beginning to discover; that we live in a sea of vibration—the source of all form, the source of all thought.

Many cultures and religions revere sound so deeply as to believe it’s called the universe into being. Sound meditation uses sounds as a guide to settle your mind deeper into a meditative and trance-like state. The sounds, harmony, and vibrations from the didge, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will help you to release what no longer serves you in a safe space and take you to a place of deep peace. Your whole body – every muscle and every organ – is relaxed, allowing your body to balance naturally.
