Colleen Pearce is a qualified Sound & Vibrational Therapist, Reiki Master, and the heart behind the Hill River property where our Thirsty for Change Event is held. As co-host, Colleen brings not only her deep healing skills but also her nurturing spirit and love for the land. With a calming presence and intuitive guidance, she supports each guest in reconnecting with themselves through sound, energy, and intention.
The Hill River property has been lovingly created by Colleen as a place for soulful relaxation and deep healing. With over 40 trees planted, environmentally conscious systems, and crystals intentionally buried beneath the land and within the very foundations of the buildings, this space holds energy for protection, health, abundance and joy.
It’s more than just a location—it’s a living, breathing retreat designed to support the healing of all who step onto it.

🌿 Fully Guided & Supported Water Fast – Fasting isn’t just about skipping meals. It’s a process. It takes thoughtful prep, the right support, and knowing how to come out of it just as strong/stronger than you went in. 2 weeks preparation, 5 nights in person (inclusive of the water fast) and 1 weeks post fast support.
🌿 Time to Relax & Recharge – Whether it’s a very short drive to the beach for walks, swims and sunsets, bushwalks or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings on this healing 8-acre property. There’s plenty of downtime to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
🌿 A property lovingly built for soulful relaxation with over 40 trees planted, environmentally conscious waste collection and sprinkler system and where crystals have been placed with intention, buried in the land and in all concrete slabs, bringing protection, health, abundance and joy into the foundations.
🌿 Daily supported cold exposure – Ice baths, cold showers, or nature plunges. This is different to contrast therapy, incorporated for its known benefits in helping reset your nervous system — they snap you out of your head, into your body, and teach you how to stay calm even when everything in you wants to panic. We follow our cold exposure with natural rewarming (movement, sun, or fire)

This event includes 2 weeks at home preparation,
5 nights, 6 days in person with Nat (inclusive of the 3 days WATER FAST) and
1 week post FAST support at home. A whole month of support.

With over 20 years educating women on the importance of knowing what goes in and on their bodies, Nat, has supported many people through extended water fasts at the world renowned Tolman Health Healing Hub in Bali . Nat will be bringing that same grounded, practical wisdom to this powerful 3-day reset. You are in very good hands!

Throughout the water fast, Nat will guide you through straightforward, supportive detox techniques that she has learned directly from mentor and teacher, Tyler Tolman. The self-contained house has a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas cooktop, comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces and 1 x split system air-conditioning in the open plan room. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom
