We gather on a peaceful 8-acre property surrounded by native bushland and big coastal skies.

Life can be messy and challenging, but Nat is here to show you how to rise above it, take charge, and rediscover your energy and joy.
Nat is your Back to Basics Health Coach and retreat facilitator based in Western Australia, known for creating intimate, nature-led experiences that reconnect people to simplicity, wholefood living and the body’s innate intelligence.
Over the past several years, Nat has hosted and facilitated retreats across Western Australia — from coastal immersions to seasonal reset weekends — blending education, nourishment, mindset and deep connection. Nat also co-hosts international fasting and regeneration retreats in Bali alongside Bill Ingram, guiding guests through structured detox, water fasting and restoration in a safe, supported environment.
Nat’s retreats are intentionally small. She believes transformation doesn’t happen in crowds — it happens in circles.
With a background in conservation and land management, and over 20 years educating people on what goes in and on the body, Nat brings grounded wisdom, practical tools and calm leadership into every experience she curates.
Her approach is grounded, direct and warm.
