At the heart of my coaching is fasting, as taught to me by my teacher & mentor Tyler Tolman and his Dad, Don Tolman—a powerful, ancient practice that gives your body the rest it needs to repair and reset. And no, it’s not one-size-fits-all. Depending on your lifestyle, goals and where you’re at, we’ll explore different forms of fasting—from raw fruit or wholefood plant-based eating, to cold-pressed juices, or even deep water fasting. The path we take will be aligned with what works for you.
Having guided many through life-changing fasts at the Tolman Health Healing Hub in Bali, I know firsthand how transformative this process can be—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It’s not always easy, but with the right support, it’s absolutely doable. And the clarity, energy, and confidence you gain? Next level.

When your coaching package includes fasting, then breaking a fast the right way is just as important as the fast itself if not THE most important aspect of a FAST. You’ll receive a step-by-step plan to transition back to a balanced way of eating, and, a lifestyle to match, without shocking yourself or your system. One that is achievable and not overwhelming, I’m all about ease and flow, simplicity is key!
✅ Iridology & Sclerology Assessment with 90-day Coaching
We use the eyes for diagnosis and to track where imbalances, toxins, congestion or even disease exists within your body. From this we tailor your coaching to nurture, to support these symptoms and to truly heal yourself with specific remedies, foods, herbs and protocols. A deep way to see what is actually going on inside your body.
I do get it—shaking up your routine from the classic “meat and three veg” can feel like a massive challenge. But trust me, it doesn’t have to be! I’ll show you exactly how I made the shift, with easy swaps, simple recipes, and practical tips that make the transition something you want to do, fun (and delicious). Your family will love this new tucker too, even the hard-core carnivore!
The best part? You’ll actually feel the difference. A few small tweaks can have a huge impact on your energy, mood, and even pain levels—and the results are nothing short of phenomenal!
