Through my own life experiences and multiple fasts, I have learned—sometimes the hard way—what works and what doesn’t. Every fast has been a unique experience, shaping my understanding and deepening my appreciation for the process.

Working at the Tolman Health Healing Hub in Bali has given me the privilege of guiding incredible clients—many facing chronic and degenerative health challenges—through extended water fasts. I am very well aware that no two fasting journeys are the same.

A 30–60 minute call with me every week to check in, answer any questions, and make sure you’re feeling confident and supported for the week ahead.

When your coaching package includes fasting, then breaking a fast the right way is just as important as the fast itself if not THE most important aspect of a FAST. You’ll receive a step-by-step plan to transition back to a balanced way of eating, and, a lifestyle to match, without shocking yourself or your system. One that is achievable and not overwhelming, I’m all about ease and flow, simplicity is key!

I get it—shaking up your routine from the classic “meat and three veg” can feel like a massive challenge. But trust me, it doesn’t have to be! I’ll show you exactly how I made the shift, with easy swaps, simple recipes, and practical tips that make the transition something you want to do, fun (and delicious).
